About Us

Louell Electrical is a family-owned and operated electrical business based in Kincumber on the Central Coast, proudly run by husband-and-wife team Todd and Anita. Built on trust, transparent fair pricing, quality workmanship, and genuine customer service, we are committed to delivering reliable electrical solutions with clear communication and attention to detail from start to finish.

While Louell Electrical is a newly established business, our experience spans a wide range of residential electrical projects including renovations, electrical upgrades, lighting design, switchboard upgrades, new home builds, and ongoing maintenance.

What truly sets us apart is the unique combination of electrical expertise, property industry knowledge, and design experience.

Director Anita brings 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and is also a qualified Interior Stylist. This allows us to offer clients valuable guidance when renovating, updating, or preparing a home for sale. Whether you're looking to increase your property's appeal, maximise its value, or create a more functional living space, we can help with practical electrical solutions and informed design recommendations that complement your goals.

Anita's extensive experience also brings unique benefits to landlords and property managers. Having worked closely with property owners, tenants, and property managers for nearly two decades, she understands the importance of keeping rental properties safe, compliant, and well maintained. We appreciate that electrical work in tenanted properties requires careful planning and communication, which is why we work proactively with landlords, property managers, and tenants to minimise disruption while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and professionally. From safety upgrades and maintenance to preparing properties for new tenants or sale, we understand how to protect both your investment and importantly your tenant relationships.

From lighting layouts and fixture selections to advice on improvements that can enhance presentation and resale value, we work alongside our clients to achieve results that are both beautiful and functional.

We pride ourselves on being reliable, approachable, and transparent. That means turning up when we say we will, providing honest advice, and delivering quality workmanship at fair and competitive prices.
